Welcome to the Water Park - dive in, discover, experience Just a few steps away from the impressive Krimml Waterfalls, a unique world of experiences centred around the element of water awaits you. The Water Park invites you and your family to explore water actively and with all your senses. On an extensive area, 25 interactive stations allow you to experience the diverse properties of water - sometimes playfully, sometimes sensually, sometimes informatively.

A special highlight is the Water Games Passport, which sends children on an exciting mission: At selected stations, they have to decipher eight water secrets. Accompanied by Wassili, the inquisitive water droplet, young visitors solve tricky tasks, search for symbols and document their discoveries. Those who master all the challenges can look forward to a small award - an experience that connects and inspires.
Discover the sounds of water
Water can not only be seen and felt but also heard. Our interactive sound panel invites you to explore the acoustic spectrum of water - from the gentle sound of rain to a roaring thunderstorm. Bottles sound like an orchestra, bowls fill rhythmically with drops and wave sounds are reminiscent of the sound of the sea. This station turns water into a musical experience and combines play with mindfulness.
Water jumps - playful movement with water
The vibrancy of the underwater world can be felt on artistically designed stones. A play wheel encourages movement: Jumping like a frog, balancing like a flamingo or posing like a starfish - each task is dynamic and fun. At the same time, this station encourages reflection: Water is the source of life, the basis of all existence. The playful approach combines an experience of nature with environmental awareness.
The Archimedes’ screw - ancient technology up close
An invention that is over 2000 years old impressively demonstrates how water can be transported upwards simply by rotating it. At this station, you can try out the Archimedean screw for yourself and experience how physical principles and movement are combined in a fascinating mechanism.
With momentum through the water - water bike and ball stream
It gets lively here! The water bike provides speed, surprise and cooling. Right next to it, a wooden ball rolls rapidly over wooden tracks, through watercourses and into a mini waterfall in the ball stream. Those looking for a challenge can fish the ball out of the water with a landing net. You will find the appropriate ball machine at the exit of the waterfall centre. (costs 2,- Euro)
